The controller of the personal data collected on this site is Instituto CoNNatural, an academic institution offering online courses and training programs.

• Academic data: enrolled courses, progress, assessments taken and certificates issued.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.
• Minimal technical data necessary for site security, such as IP address and browser used.

3. Purpose of data use

We use your data solely to manage your enrollment, give you access to courses, record your progress, issue and validate your certificates and respond to your inquiries. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal and Mercado Pago. Your card or bank account details are handled directly by each payment provider under its own policies; the Institute does not store this information.

5. Verifiable certificates

Certificates include a verification code. Anyone with that code can look up on this site the holder's name, the course and the validity of the certificate.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms and remember the language you chose. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Retention and security

We keep your data for as long as you maintain an active account or as long as it is needed to validate issued certificates. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect it from unauthorized access.

9. Terms of use

• Your account is personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Course content is for personal and educational use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without authorization.
• Access to each course depends on the valid license purchased or assigned.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
